Do you have an evening routine that helps you have a successful morning/day? Here are tips I recommend:
1. Aim for at least 6-8 hours of sleep.
2. Eat before 8pm to prevent possible acid reflux.
3. Set a time that you want to be in bed and stick to it. No matter what!
4. Eliminate all distractions that prevent you from falling asleep (television, technology, etc.)
5. Eat a nutritious meal filled with lots of color.
