PERSONAL BIO: My love for health and wellness began while I was in college. At the time, I was not living a healthy lifestyle. This was the turning point for me. While attending college, I began to make health my primary focus. I obtained my personal trainer and group exercise certification. I worked in a medical wellness center and later became an Assisted Fitness Director in a Fitness Center. I am currently working in a medical bariatric program where I help people with behavioral health and exercise programming. It is important to me to continue my education. This allows me to keep up with the latest and greatest research and trends in the industry. I have been working in the health and wellness profession for over 15 years.
I went from battling anxiety and making unhealthy food choices in my late 20's, self doubt and obsessive behaviors to a life of freedom and being in the best shape of my life in my 40's! Not a day goes by, that I am not thinking of ways to help people be their best self yet by paying my passion forward and helping other women find freedom! Life is too short for anything less!
FITNESS AND HEALTHY EATING is a mindset and a journey. My coaching approach is to teach and motivate you to be the best you can be without going to the EXTREME. Take it one step at a time and when you fall, get back up and continue on your journey to being a better you.
“It’s not about a fast fix, it’s about healthy habits for life.”
